By placing an order at Chitan Cookware, you agree to the terms outlined in this return policy.
We aim to make every part of your experience smooth and transparent — including returns.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@chitancookware.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our return facility is located outside the United States. Return shipping costs typically range between $20 and $40, depending on your location and carrier.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@chitancookware.com.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be canceled.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist if your order has not yet been processed.


Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy, including that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
